Mulberry is rated 17+ on the App Store. The AI assistant itself generates no adult content and has governance controls built in. The 17+ rating exists solely because the app includes a general-purpose web browser — the same reason Safari is 17+. If your household already allows web browsing, Mulberry presents no additional content risk beyond that.

// Parental guidance

The built-in browser is a full web browser. It can reach any site a standard browser can. This is a parent decision, not a content decision we can make for you. If you're evaluating Mulberry for a young person in your household, the relevant question is the same one you'd ask about any browser: are you comfortable with general internet access?

Apple's age rating system assigns 17+ to any app that includes a web browser with unrestricted access. This is an automatic classification, not a content judgement about Mulberry specifically. The same rating applies to Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and every other full browser on the App Store.

The rating does not reflect any adult content within the app. Mulberry has no age-gated features — everything accessible to a 17-year-old user is accessible to any user.

Parents and guardians can manage access through standard iOS Screen Time and macOS parental controls. These system-level controls apply to Mulberry the same way they apply to any other app.
